All Sales Final - Made to Order - No Returns or Refunds
Each RELENTLESS SWAGGER item is made specifically for you at the time of purchase, which may add to our delivery time. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce waste and overproduction. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference. We encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering. No refunds will be issued.
If your item arrives with a verified printing error, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery and submit the following:
- Clear photos showing the issue/defect
- Order date
- Shipping address
- Customer name used at checkout
Because all items are printed on demand, claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our quality review standards. At our discretion, we will issue a replacement of the same item. All printing error claims must be submitted directly to our team using our email: info@relentlessswagger.com.
